Clyde & Co advises Kier on one of the largest PFI projects in the police sector

Clyde & Co have advised Kier Regional Limited in their capacity as building contractor on the £60m Norfolk and Suffolk Police Investigation Centres PFI which reached financial close on Tuesday 23rd February.

The project will deliver six new police investigation centres in Norfolk and Suffolk on behalf of the Norfolk and Suffolk Police Authorities, run over a 30-year concession period.

The centres will accommodate police officers, staff and investigators.  The new centres will have top of the range, modern facilities that will be of a consistent standard and will feature amongst the most up-to-date in the country.  They will help to provide local people with an efficient and effective police service.
