Clyde & Co announces its launch of an office in New Jersey. Daren McNally, highly-regarded insurance practitioner, is leading the office together with partner Barbara Almeida and a team of associates, also with backgrounds in insurance.
Daren represents major international insurers in the US, Europe and Bermuda in insurance disputes and shares a number of common clients with Clyde & Co's insurance practice. Barbara's practice focuses on complex insurance and reinsurance litigation.
The decision to open in New Jersey with such a prominent, well- established team serving the international insurance industry is the next stage in Clyde & Co's strategy to develop a leading insurance practice in the US. Opening this office will maintain the momentum of the firm's US expansion and bolster its platform for further growth.
The New Jersey office will complement the insurance coverage practice of the firm's New York and San Francisco offices, providing Clyde & Co with significant coverage and monitoring teams on both the East and West coasts, and expand Clyde & Co's insurance expertise in the US.
