Eimear joined Clyde & Co in February 2010 and is a senior associate in the firm's Real Estate & Construction Group.
She has particular expertise in PPP regeneration projects in the sectors of health, infrastructure, social care and education including PFI and Local Improvement Finance Trusts (LIFT) schemes.
Eimear also advises developers, investors and occupiers on an extensive range of commercial property issues including investment, structuring, acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiation and related landlord and tenant matters.
