Elliott joined Clyde & Co in 2009 as a Legal Director in the Insurance and Reinsurance Department.
He acts on behalf of major UK composite insurers and specialises in property and liability coverage disputes, defence work on behalf of construction and general contractors, and subrogated recovery actions on behalf of property insurers.
Prior to joining Clydes Elliott worked at Barlow Lyde & Gilbert LLP in the Commericial Risk and Reinsurance department.
