Paul joined Clyde & Co as a partner from another major international firm in July 2003 and is qualified as a Solicitor and an Advocate (Civil) in England & Wales.

Paul specialises in handling complex international disputes and heads the firm's banking and funds litigation practice.  He has excellent experience in successfully running large Commercial Court cases in London, international arbitrations governed by bodies such as LCIA, ICC and UNCITRAL as well as working closely with lawyers in other countries on cases in their jurisdictions.  His clients include global investment banks, private equity houses, companies based in the UK, China, India, the US and elsewhere as well as high net worth individuals from around the world.

Paul is described as "commercially minded and results-oriented" and "a tough operator" who "thinks outside the box".  The Directories also comment that Paul has "an excellent reputation among clients" and is "held in high esteem by his peers".
