Tony is a legal director in the Insurance group. He specialises in the defence of complex and sensitive insurance disputes, many with multi-jurisdictional aspects and involving fraud. Tony is also known for his broad experience in multi-party High Court commercial litigation and other dispute resolution processes.
His wider contentious practice encompasses dispute resolution advice to Lloyd's Syndicates and other London market insurers, as well as commodity traders, mining and energy companies and banking and financial institutions. Tony was seconded to a major Lloyd's Syndicate during the second half of 2008 where he had direct dealings and took a significant role in maintaining relationships with brokers and insureds during the underwriting and claims processes.
